  It was hot outside, we were in shorts and a just been raining so we're little wet, we walked in and it must be 65°, and we were freezing! Made several comments about how cold it was in restaurant but, no response from the kids working the counter. Food is OK though.

  This A&W is consistently out of... A&W. Not even kidding. Been here about five times in the last year because A&W used to be my fav fast food when I lived in Michigan. But four of five times they have not had A&W. They are also regularly out of tomatoes and lettuce for burgers. And they won't tell you this before you order! You just get your burger without half the condiments! No thanks. Done. Will never go back.

  I LOVE A&Ws, but this one was dirty, the server acted like we were a burden, and the food took way too long to get to us. I was less than impressed, which makes me sad because I miss A&W.
